II. Detection principle
The Clite-160i automatic chemiluminescence analyzer uses enzymatic chemiluminescence method based on AMPPD and alkaline phosphatase, and is used together with supporting detection reagents to quantitatively detect analytes in serum, plasma or other samples that meet test requirements from human beings, including infectious diseases, cardiac diseases, hormone items, etc.
